As part of our 'comparing materials' unit in science, we made slime using corn flour and water.
First we explored the corn flour and came up with adjectives to describe how it felt before we added the water:
"It feels soft"
"It feels smooth"
"It is like powder"
"It's very dry"
We then did the same with the water, before we added to corn flour:
"It is wet"
"It is cold"
After that, we thought about what might happen when we mixed the two together:
"It will be wet"
"It will go so sticky"
"It will be like cake mixture"
Here is what happened....
We had a really messy time, but it was so much fun!!!!
SORRY ABOUT THE CLASSROOM, MRS LOWE!!!!
