Marvellous Maths using ten frames
We have been using ten frames in maths to help us with our learning. They have helped us with our number bonds to 10 and 20, 10s and 1s and adding and taking away.
We know that when a ten frame is full, that it represents 10. We don't need to count the objects in each square. We know that if we have 2 full ten frames, that would represent 2 tens which is equal to 20.
