Lost and Found
We have been reading "Lost and Found" by Oliver Jeffers. The story is about a penguin who has come from The South Pole. The boy thinks he is lost and so embarks on the journey back to where the penguin lives, only to realise the penguin is lonely and chose the boy to be his friend.
Our very own penguin, from The South Pole, came to visit our class - but he has now gone missing. We are busy preparing lost posters to help find him. Below are some photographs of Year 1 retelling the story using a story map and actions:
