Properties of Rocks
We tested the rocks in several ways. We rubbed the rocks against a hard stone to see how durable they were, we put water on the rocks to see if they were permeable, we put them in water to see if they would float (low density) or sink (high density) and we tested them using a nail to see if they were hard or soft.
