Nursery

 

Nursery places will be available to children who will become 4 years old between 1st September 2026 and 31st August 2027.

 

If your child was born between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023.

 

The application process for September 2026 will open on Monday 19th January 2026 and close on Monday 2nd February 2026.

 

 Places will be allocated in accordance with Tameside Council Nursery Education Admissions Policy 2026-2027. You are able to submit applications to multiple Nursery providers in accordance with their deadlines.

 

Nursery provision will be offered as follows –

  • 15 hour funded session ONLY – 8.45am to 11.45am
  • 30 hour funded session ONLY – 8.45am to 2.45pm
  • 30 hour funded session and Wraparound 8.45am to 3.25pm - Funded session from 8.45am to 2.45pm and Wraparound from 2.45pm to 3.25pm (£16.25 per week charge for Wraparound care)
  • 15 hours funded session and Wraparound 8.45am to 3.25pm – Funded session from 8.45am to 11.45am and Wraparound from 11.45am – 3.25pm (£113.75 per week charge for Wraparound care)

 

 A hot meal can be provided to children who are attending over lunchtime for an additional fee, alternatively parents can provide a packed lunch.
